Hi, I’m Audra, and it’s nice to meet you!

Are you experiencing a job loss or transition and need support? Are your children growing up, moving out, and it's upending your status quo? Maybe you're navigating a breakup or a move that feels scary, or you've recently lost a family member and your grief feels all consuming. Having someone to talk to as you navigate your current circumstances can be helpful. I have navigated these situations, and many more, with my clients over the years. I love working with adults of all ages, from 18-80+, as life is full of changes and transitions at any age and stage. Therapy is transformative and I am honored to walk alongside you.

Therapy can be a practical place to identify and work through your goals, which can be useful to track your growth. Therapy can also be a calming and grounding place; I utilize Brainspotting, a modality that helps you move through and explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a focused way to facilitate personal change.

Before I became a professional counselor, I spent 15 years in both the corporate insurance and church ministry worlds, so I know that the busyness of life can prevent us from looking inward or reflecting on our lives. It takes courage to move through and explore your story and it's worth it!
